Fiber Glass Wool Insulation Product
Fiber Glass wool is made of fine, long inorganic glass fibers bonded by high temperature resin and is widely recognized for its energy conserving and sound insulating properties. Fibreglass insulation is used with great success in the process, building and air conditioning industries.
Characteristics of Glass Wool:
- Temperature Range: Suitable for applications from -195 to 230o C and for special applications up to 450o C Chemical stability…. Chemically inert.
- Fire safety…Is in accordance with BS 476 Part 4,1970.
- Biological….it is inorganic.
- Moisture Content … Less tan 2% in accordance with BS 2972.
- Water absorption Less than 2% in accordance with BS 2972.
- The glass wool is available in roll form 1.2 mtr wide & densities of 16, 24, 32, 48 & 64 kgs/m3.
